UAE PS150A 455m3/hr 3bar 415V 60Hz Jacked Up Barge Salt Water Electric Submersible Pump

UAE drilling company were looking for an electric submersible pump that can push 455m3. The submersible pump will be used on our jack up barge which may be jacked up to a maximum of 30 meters. Medium will be salt water. They will look at launching the submersible pump with a davit that can slew overboard. Water Temperature can reach up to 40 degrees Celsius during the summer time.

K Class Submersible Pump:

1. Voltage and frequency = 415V, 50HZ

Required cable length = 50 Meters
Required pressure on deck = 455m3
Vertical distance between deck and seawater level during pump operation. = max 30 meters

S Class Submersible Pump:

1. Voltage and frequency = 440V, or 690V @60HZ

Required cable length = 50 Meters
Required pressure on deck = 455m3 7600L/pm
Vertical distance between deck and seawater level during pump operation. = max 30 meters

All details had been approved, we chose one suitable submersible pump and sent a formal quotation.

Kindly note:

2. It's 50m submersible power cable.
3. The material of the quoted fire monitor with SS316 material as well.
4. The flow rate of PS150A is 9000L/min (540m3/per). We have confirmed with the engineer, the flow rate of the pump can be a bit lower than this. So we suggested pump with 500m3/hr.

Notice:

1. It’s better to match control panel in order to protect the pumps

2. After shut down the power, should wait for more than 3mins when restart the pump

3. When the pump finish work, it’s better to cut off the power
