Seawater Submersible Pump Overview:

Seawater submersible pump can be used as a submersible pump to extract clean water from well water. It can be used as a seawater lift pump to raise seawater or other corrosive medium. It can also be used as a fire pump to provide clean water, sea water or other similar fire extinguishing agents. The electric pump can work in clean water, sea water and similar corrosive media. The medium can contain sediment, sea creatures and other substances. Conditions of Use
1, medium: fresh water, sea water or similar corrosive liquid, PH value in the range of 6.5 ~ 8.5.
2. Medium temperature: ≤35°C or 90°C
3, sand content (weight ratio): ≤ 2%
4. Installation method and position: The pump should be used vertically and not working in the water. The water inlet should be immersed in the sea level (at the time of ebb tide) below 1.5m, and the bottom of the motor to the sea floor is usually not less than 2m. Under special conditions, the bottom of the motor can also be inserted into the sea floor, but the pump inlet must be greater than 0.5m to the sea floor, and the diving depth of the pump unit should not exceed 70m. The above special circumstances should be explained when ordering.
5. The inside of the motor must be filled with clean water, or it can be filled with antifreeze as needed.

Structural characteristics

1, submersible pump
QJ series pumps are multi-stage centrifugal pumps, which are composed of pump shaft, impeller, guide shell, bearing bush, bushing and ring. Depending on the operating conditions of the pump, the components of the pump are made of different materials. In clean water, the pump is usually made of cast iron and carbon steel. In seawater and corrosive media, the pump is usually made of copper-nickel alloy or stainless steel. In order to further improve the quality and service life of the pump, in addition to the selection of high-quality materials and precision manufacturing, the product structure and process treatment are also improved.
2, the motor
The motor matched with the above pump is professional submersible (seawater) motor, which is a water-filled fully sealed structure, and the stator winding is made of polyethylene insulated nylon sheathed motor winding wire. According to the working conditions of the electric pump, the exposed parts of the motor are made of corresponding metal materials, and the motor dynamic seal adopts mechanical seal or oil seal. The motor adopts a sliding bearing and is self-lubricating. The lubricating fluid is clean water or antifreeze. The motor lead-out cable is made of corrosion-resistant, waterproof sheathed flat cable or round cable.
