I. Core Technical Specifications and System Architecture

The MDV series offers two models—LYC-5150 and LYC-5180—to accommodate different scale requirements. The LYC-5150 has a total weight of 15 tons with dimensions of 9780×2550×3990 mm, while the LYC-5180 weighs 18 tons and measures 10150×2550×3990 mm. Both models reach a height of 6500 mm when fully deployed and are equipped with 150 kW onboard generators, with an installed power capacity of 120 kW (including a 72 kW steam generator). Their processing capacity remains stable at 300 kg/h (±10%).

The system features PLC intelligent control and includes core components such as a dual-axis shredding system, automatic lifting feed mechanism, and microwave sterilization unit. The sterilization process strictly adheres to standards of ≥95°C for ≥45 minutes, achieving a 6 log10 (99.9999%) pathogen inactivation rate.

The microwave system consists of ten 1.25 kW units operating at 2450 MHz (±50 MHz), ensuring comprehensive pathogen penetration. This design eliminates the need for chemical additives while maintaining rigorous sterilization standards.

II. Treatment Process and Microwave Sterilization Mechanism

The MDV series achieves a fully automated closed-loop process from collection to final treatment:

  • Pre-treatment: Infectious waste enters the pre-storage hopper through the rear loading system.
  • Shredding: A feeding arm transfers waste to the dual-axis shredder, reducing bulk items into fine particles to increase surface area for heat exposure.
