The pump used for mine well pumping clean water. But the well is new, so the pump is clean well in early days. The water is dirty when the start working, but few days ago, the water is clean, and the pump working good now.

The pump is installed about 70 m depth in well. Match VFD control cabinet. The weather is very hot when the installation. So the control cabinet need to cool after the pump working many hours, otherwise the control cabinet will be auto stop. For protect pump and control cabinet.

And the pump is BSPT screw thread connect. We can also provide flange connect. The connect type by customer’s require. Different country have different connect standard, we also provide custom-made by the customer’s require.

The power supply is diesel engine generating set. 1 set 150kw diesel set match 1 pump. For the provide enough power, advise the diesel match more large. The control cabinet have the port connect the diesel engine generating set.

1. When the flow too small than the rate flow, please check that whether the pump is reversal.

2. Advise install the flow gauge on the pipe, control flow about the rate flow. If the flow too large than the rate flow, the pump easy overcurrent. The pump will be burn if the pump overcurrent long time.
