The QSP fountain submersible pump consists of two parts, a single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal pump and a three-phase asynchronous motor. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, convenient installation/use/maintenance, safe and reliable transportation, few failures, and long service life. The structural design features are as follows:
(1)Pump is composed of impeller, guide vane (division shell), water inlet joint, water outlet, etc. The Impeller is fixed by taper sleeve or bonding.
(2)The submersible motor adopts a water-filled structure, which the inner cavity is filled with clean water for cooling the motor.The stator winding of the motor adopts waterproof electromagnetic wire, which has good water-proof function, while rotor is squirrel-cage structured. The water injection hole and exhausted hole are at the upper part of motor. The motor adopts angular contact bearing, which mainly bear the axial force of the pump and the weight of the rotor. The rotor shaft of the QSP series motor is equipped with a mechanical seal to form a sand control mechanism, which can effectively prevent sand from entering the motor and bearings.
