The 100WQ80-10-4kW stainless steel submersible sewage pump is engineered for wastewater transfer, sewage discharge, drainage, and dewatering applications. With a rated flow of 80 m³/h, rated head of 10 m, and motor power of 4 kW, this pump features a DN100 nominal discharge diameter.
The integrated pump and motor design operates directly within the pumped liquid, while stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance in wet environments and wastewater applications. Ideal for municipal drainage, industrial wastewater handling, building drainage, and agricultural water removal.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Pump model | 100WQ80-10-4kW |
| Pump type | Stainless steel submersible sewage pump |
| Rated flow | 80 m³/h |
| Rated head | 10 m |
| Motor power | 4 kW |
| Discharge diameter | DN100 |
| Installation | Submersible installation |
| Main material | Stainless steel |
| Pumped medium | Sewage, wastewater and liquids containing suspended solids |
| Voltage | Customizable according to project requirements |
| Frequency | 50 Hz or 60 Hz |
| Starting method | Direct starting or control-panel starting |
Voltage, frequency, stainless steel grade, cable length, and installation accessories can be selected according to operating conditions.
The 100WQ80-10-4kW submersible sewage pump consists of a submersible motor, pump casing, impeller, shaft, mechanical seal, power cable, and discharge connection.
When the motor starts, it drives the impeller to rotate inside the pump casing. Wastewater enters through the pump inlet and gains velocity and pressure through the impeller. The liquid is then discharged through the DN100 outlet and connected pipeline.
Since the pump operates below the liquid level, no separate suction pipe or priming system is required. This design saves installation space and eliminates problems associated with insufficient suction lift.
Before selecting a submersible sewage pump, confirm the following operating information:
Before installation, inspect the power cable, mechanical seal, fasteners, and pump casing. Confirm that the power supply matches motor specifications and check the motor's rotation direction.
Use a lifting chain or suitable lifting device to lower the pump into the sewage tank. Do not lift or pull the pump by its power cable.
The pump should not run dry for extended periods. Regularly inspect and clean the inlet to prevent plastic bags, fibres, and large debris from blocking the impeller. If wastewater contains long fibres, easily tangled materials, or large solids, confirm the impeller design and maximum solids passage before ordering.
"100" represents a 100 mm discharge diameter. "WQ" identifies a submersible sewage pump. "80" indicates a rated flow of 80 m³/h, "10" indicates a rated head of 10 m, and "4kW" is the motor power.
Yes. It can handle wastewater containing suspended solids and certain solid particles. The maximum solids passage depends on the impeller and internal flow-channel design and should be confirmed before ordering.
Yes. The pump can be manufactured with 304, 316, or 316L stainless steel components. Material selection should be based on the liquid's chemical composition, chloride concentration, and operating temperature.
Yes. Float switches and a control panel can automatically start and stop the pump according to the liquid level. High-level alarms and motor protection functions can also be added.
Yes. Both 50 Hz and 60 Hz configurations are available. Please provide the required voltage, frequency, and phase when requesting a quotation.
The 100WQ80-10-4kW stainless steel submersible sewage pump is designed for wastewater applications requiring approximately 80 m³/h flow and 10 m head. To receive an accurate selection and quotation, provide the required flow, total head, liquid composition, solids size, voltage, frequency, installation method, and preferred stainless steel grade.
