The flow and head ranges cannot be combined freely. They do not establish that the pump delivers 68 m³/h at 82 m head. Check the required operating point against the performance curve for the quoted configuration.

A project may need the same flow as before but greater head because the pumping water level has fallen, the delivery point is higher or the destination requires more pressure. The 200QJ63-70/5 can be considered when a lower-head model cannot meet the revised duty.

Before selecting a larger pump, establish why the head requirement has increased. Restricted filters, partially closed valves or unsuitable pipework should be checked, since increasing pump power alone may not resolve the underlying problem.
