Water submersible pump overview:

    Deep well water submersible pump is designed according to the national standard of energy saving products, mainly used to extract groundwater from vertical deep wells, but also widely used in farmland irrigation, urban, industrial and mining enterprises drainage and highland, mountainous areas of human and animal water and high-rise buildings, or sea water lifting.

Submersible water pump structural characteristics

1) The water pump is centrifugal or mixed-flow; Water lubricated bearing; It is rigidly connected with the motor by a coupling. The pump impeller rotates under the drive of the motor to produce centrifugal force, which increases the liquid energy and carries water through the diversion effect of the pump shell. There is no reverse valve body at the upper end of the water pump to prevent the electric pump from shutting down because the water flowing back in the water pipe will damage the working parts. There is a drain hole on the valve, which can slowly release the water in the pipeline to prevent the freezing and cracking of the pipeline in winter. (Note: Low lift submersible pump does not have a check valve body)

2) The motor is a closed wet structure filled with water. The stator winding of the motor is a multi-layer electromagnetic wire with water-resistant polyethylene insulation and nylon sheath. Guide bearings and thrust bearings are made of water lubricated material. The motor is filled with clean water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. The pressure regulating film (made of rubber) is installed at the bottom of the motor to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the clean water in the body caused by the temperature rise of the motor. The upper shaft of the motor is equipped with a sand prevention mechanism to prevent water sediment from entering the body.

3) Pipeline part: it is used to connect the electric pump and make it hoisted in the machine well to transport the water to the ground. It is mainly composed of short water pipe, water pipe, bend pipe, splint and other components. The short water pipe is the connecting part between the water pipe and the electric pump. The elbow pipe is installed at the wellhead to change the direction of the water flow. The splint is used to lift and fix the output line during the installation of the pump.

1) The power supply is 50Hz, 380V three-phase AC power supply;

2) The water temperature shall not be higher than 20℃;

3) The solid content in water (calculated by mass) is not more than 0.01%;

4) The hydrochloric acid degree pH value of water is 6.5~8.5;

5) The chloride ion content in water is not more than 400mg/L;

6) the depth of submersible pump into the water is not greater than 70m.

The above conditions are the basic conditions of use, if the use of conditions beyond the scope of the above, can be made special, to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
