  We have a Kenya customer who need submersible deep well pump for irrigation use. The pump is 70 m3/hr flow with 70m head. And he need the pump urgently.

  After receive the requirement, we choose the pump model 200QJ70-70-22kw for him. And we suggest he can use cast iron material pump. Because it is for irrigation use, not for drinking water. Cast iron material is enough, meanwhile the production time is very fast.

  After discussed with this customer, he said he will tell his brother to pay for the pump and we should delivery the pump to Guangzhou city. Also he mentioned he need a strong wooden casing to pack the pump, in order to avoid damage. That’s no problem. We show him our packaging for the pump. There are totally three layers packaging, including moisture-proof film, shock-proof packing and strong wooden casing. He is satisfied with the pump packaging.

  After received the payment, we started production, and finished the pump within 2 days. Also we’ve provided the pump testing video and pump packaging to customer. Then we delivery the pump to the warehouse in Guangzhou.

Notes for submersible pump:

1. Motor cavity MUST BE fill with clean water when pump working
2. DO NOT use the cable as sling when install, should wear ropes on the handle
3. The first stage impeller should go down the water level
4. After shut down the power, should wait for more than 3mins when restart the pump

5. When the pump finish work, it's better to cut off the power
