  UAE drilling company was established in the Abu Dhabi, UAE in 1977, operates a modern fleet of highly versatile self-propelled lift boats, across international markets. Their vessels provide a stable platform for delivering a wide range of safe and efficient services, primarily in the offshore oil, gas and renewable energy sectors.

  UAE drilling company are looking for a replacement sea water submersible pump for their fleet of jack up barges. This submersible pump needs to provide 370m3 per hour at 40 meters of head. Also, they need connection flange details and typical connection details.

They required the sea water lifting submersible pump to come with a non-return valve, 415V, 3 phase, 60HZ, 75 Kilo watts, 146Amps, with cable length - 8 meters. please note that pump will need to come with ABS Class approval.

All details had been approved, we chose one suitable submersible pump and sent a formal quotation.

1. The offered pump with SS316 material with duplex material pump shaft as required.
2. The offer includes 5m submersible power cable.

What will you do when you running water submersible pump?

1. Checking the power cable, no broken

2. Turning the impeller by wrench, confirm it can be turned smoothly

3. Checking the drain hole at the bottom of the water pump. If it is loose, tighten it

4. Fulling the motor with clean drinking water. We will share video if you don’t know how to do. The submersible water pump will be burnt if submersible motor not filled fully water.

5. Tighten the screws of the water injection hole and exhaust hole on the upper part of the motor

6. After installing the pump into the well, observe the flow rate and current. If the current is common and the flow is small, it may be reversed. Adjust the steering. If the current is still high and the flow is small, there may be water leakage from the pipeline connection. Check the pipeline.
