VFD 1000GPM 60m SS316L Submersible Seawater Pump 10 Inch 440v 60hz for Venezuela Mariculture

Location: Venezuela

The project requirements of submersible seawater pump:

First, the deep well or borehole well was located besides beach, with 60 meters deep, the dynamic water level is 50 meters.

Second, the inner diameter of the deep well is 16”

Third, the required flow rate or capacity is 1000GPM, that’s mean 226m3/hr.

Last, the local power supply is 3phase/440V/60Hz.

One more thing, due to the lack of Municipal power supply, the customer decided to use diesel generator. In order to reduce the cost of the generator, we suggest VFD (Frequency starter )

If with VFD control panel, the power of generator only need 1.5 times of submersible motor power.

After calculating by our engineer, finally we suggest submersible deep well pump with SS316L material, special for sea water.

The model is 250QJH230-60-63KW, with power supply 3phase/440V/60Hz.

For the discharge pipe, in order to reduce the cost, we use carbon steel material pipe with PE liner, the liner is anti-corrosive type. The outside of the pipe use marine paint to protect the pipe.

For all the screw and nuts, we use A4-70 (SS316L material as well).

Finally, the customer decided to buy three pcs of pumps, and two units of pumps.

Now the production work of the pumps is finished, the tests result is good as well.

Expecting these submersible pumps can serve our customer successfully.

Notes:

1. Motor cavity MUST BE fill with clean water when pump working
2. DO NOT use the cable as sling when install, should wear ropes on the handle
3. The first stage impeller should go down the water level
4. After shut down the power, should wait for more than 3mins when restart the pump
5. When the pump finish work, it's better to cut off the power.
