Our SLAPK 200QJ80-33/3 is a 13kW deep well submersible pump that we assess for groundwater transfer to agricultural reservoirs. Its model designation indicates a nominal flow of 80 m³/h and a nominal head of 33 m.
For farms using a reservoir between the well and the irrigation network, the well pump can follow a different schedule from the field equipment. We select it according to the amount of water that must reach storage, the available pumping hours and the actual head between the well and reservoir.
Model: 200QJ80-33/3
Motor power: 13 kW
Nominal flow: 80 m³/h
Nominal head: 33 m
Catalog flow range: 74–86 m³/h
Catalog head range: 28–37 m
Outlet size: 4 inches
Pump series: QJ
Pump body and impeller materials: Confirm for the proposed supply
Voltage, frequency and phase: Confirm for the selected motor
The nominal values identify the model. The catalog ranges cannot be combined freely; they do not establish that the pump delivers 86 m³/h at 37 m head. We verify the required flow and head together using the corresponding performance curve.
A reservoir allows a farm to collect water before opening the irrigation system. For example, replenishing 600 m³ in eight hours requires an average inflow of 75 m³/h, provided no water leaves the reservoir during filling. That is a useful flow to check against this model’s curve.
If irrigation continues while the reservoir is filling, the pump must cover the water being used as well as the desired increase in storage. Tell us the draw-off rate and its timing. This helps avoid selecting a pump that provides adequate inflow but cannot restore the reservoir level before the next irrigation period.
If the well pump discharges into an open reservoir and another pump supplies the sprinklers, we calculate the well pump’s head to the reservoir. The pressure required by the sprinklers belongs to the separate irrigation pump’s duty.
For the well-to-reservoir line, we consider the pumping water level, reservoir inlet elevation, pipe losses and discharge arrangement. If the inlet is submerged, provide the reservoir’s operating water levels. If the pipe discharges freely above the water, provide the outlet elevation.
A flow near 80 m³/h requires a well that can sustain that extraction rate. We recommend providing pumping-test records with the measured flow, dynamic water level and test duration.
This is particularly useful where the reservoir is filled over several hours. A satisfactory water level at the start of pumping does not establish the level reached later. Dry-season readings also help us evaluate whether the lift changes enough to affect the selected duty.
The 200QJ80-22/2 has a 7.5kW motor and a catalog head range of 19–25 m. The 200QJ80-33/3 has a 13kW motor and a catalog head range of 28–37 m. Both list a flow range of 74–86 m³/h and a 4-inch outlet.
We consider the 13kW model when its curve better matches the head required at your target flow. A longer pipeline, a higher reservoir inlet or a lower pumping water level may increase that requirement. These conditions should be established before choosing the motor rating.
Our QJ series uses cast hydraulic components. We identify the actual material grades in the quotation according to the proposed configuration and water conditions. Please include water temperature, sand content and any relevant water analysis.
The 4-inch outlet is a connection reference, not a requirement to use the same diameter throughout the delivery line. Provide the pipe length and internal diameter so losses can be assessed. For automatic filling, specify the reservoir levels that should start and stop the pump, together with the well-side protection requirements.
These are the model’s nominal values. We confirm that duty using the performance curve and technical documentation for the quoted configuration.
It can be assessed for that arrangement. We need the irrigation draw-off during filling, the storage volume to be restored and the available pumping time.
The lift from the pumping water level to the wellhead and the pipeline losses must also be included. A 33 m rise above the wellhead alone would not describe the complete duty.
We list the pump, motor and requested accessories separately. State whether you need cable, a control panel, level devices, valves or riser pipe.
